🛒 Order Placement & Status

How do I place an order?

Add items to cart → go to checkout → enter delivery address → choose shipping method → pay → get order confirmation via email/SMS.

Where can I find my order number?

In the confirmation email, SMS, or under My Orders / Order History in your account.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, only before it is packed/shipped. Go to order details → select Cancel/Modify. Once shipped, you must wait for delivery then process return.

Why is my order status still “Processing”?

Means we are checking stock, verifying payment, or packing. Usually 1–2 days; longer during sales/holidays.

Why was my order canceled automatically?

Common reasons: out of stock, payment failed, invalid address, or system error. You will get full refund automatically.

Can I order items from different sellers in one checkout?

On marketplaces: usually yes, but each seller ships separately, may have separate shipping fees & tracking.
